Karen George
Karen is a licensed pediatric speech language pathologist who has been practicing since 2005.
Karen has provided pediatric feeding therapy in a variety of clinical settings, including hospital and in-home.
She is a dedicated and caring professional who enjoys working with people and their families to provide personalized therapy to help them achieve their feedig and speech goals.
Karen received both her Bachelor and Masters degrees in Speech Language Pathology from Marquette University.
She is a certified member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA), the Illinois Speech and Hearing Association (ISHA) and is licensed within the State of Illinois. Karen has given talks to pediatricians at Children’s Memorial and teachers at prominent Chicago area preschools. She started Chicago Feeding Therapy to meet the pediatric feeding needs of Chicago area families.
In her spare time Karen enjoys running, biking and swimming along Chicago’s lakefront and has competed in over 25 triathlons.
